Lagara White

With grapes from selected Cretan vineyards and following the classic white winemaking process, with controled fermentation temperature, we offer a pleasant white wine.

Drunk at 10°C Accompanies White Meat Dishes and White Sauces, Pasta, Shellfish and Fish Dishes, as Well as Soft Cheese.

Lagara Rosé

With grapes from selected Cretan varieties, saignée and classic white winemaking, with controled fermentation temperature, we offer a pleasant rosé wine.

Drunk at 14°C It Can Be Combined With White Meat, Shellfish, Oily Fish Dishes, Red, White Sauces and Fruit Salads.

Lagara Red

With grapes from selected Cretan varieties and following the classic red winemaking process, with controled fermentation temperature, we offer a pleasant red wine.

Drunk at 18°C Is Combined With Sweet and Sour Flavours, Ladera With Ripe Tomatoes, Musaka, Red Meat Dishes and Oily Cheese.

Korfi White

Produced with the prefermentation maceration method and then with the classic white winemaking. Fruit aroma like apricot and peach, as well as citrus with a hint of lime.

Balanced Mouth, Round, With a Crispy Acidity and a Specially Aromatic Character on the Aftertaste.

Korfi Rosé

Produced with the cold bleeding extraction method and then with the classic white winemaking. Amazing rose colour with rose, strawberry and red fruit aromas. Cool and spicy mouth, balanced, with mild acidity and full aftertaste.

Drunk at 14°C It Can Accompany Oily Fish, Medium Cheese, White Meat, White and Red Light Sauces, Shellfish and Seafood.

Korfi Red

Produced with the classic red winemaking method and aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. Peppery, with red and black fruit, sour cherry and blackcurrant jam, vanilla, tobacco and chocolate aromas.Balanced mouth, round, with fine tannins and juicy aftertaste.

Drunk at 18°C Combines With Red Meat and Red Sauces, Chitterlings, Well-Done Grilled Meat, Spicy Flavours and Oily Cheese.

Sweet Amalia Rosé

Produced with the classic red winemaking, from Cretan grape varieties with scents of cherry, cherry jam and spices, full, well structured and amazing balance, with a long and delicious aftertaste.

 

Drunk at 16OC combines with spicy cheese, pasta with mincer, truffles and dried fruits.
